What We Believe

The Bible to be the inspired Word of God revealing the ruin of man by sin, and his redemption and renewal through the atoning work of the Lord Jesus Christ.
In the Deity of Christ, His virgin birth, sinless life, substitutionary death, bodily resurrection, ascension and His future return.
In one church, called  the body of Christ in the Scriptures.  Members of the church are united to Him, their Head in Heaven, by virtue of their faith in His redemptive work on the cross of Calvary.
As a local expression of the church universal, we are a gathering of believers seeking to follow the New Testament example of the early church.  We depend on the Holy Spirit for guidance and distribution of appropriate ministry gifts to each believer.

Next Week's Verse - Mar. 18, 2018

 Romans 8:1-2  (NIV)

"There is therefore now no condemnation to those who are in Christ Jesus, who do not walk according to the flesh, but according to the Spirit. For the law of the Spirit of life in Christ Jesus has made me free from the law of sin and death."
